Josh Multimedia was a brain child. Aren't all businesses? It starts as a vision, becomes a pregnancy and brings a child into life that needs much work and nurturing, yet as the parent you do not find it hard to scrape together strength to do what is needed to keep it alive.
Your business is important to you. It is possible that employing your first employee was scary and you had ideals of wanting him or her to share your vision and mission. You wanted someone who would wholly contribute to what would become your enterprise. I know that feeling. You deserve the recognition you work so hard for.
Business-as-usual to the business owner is far from the 9 to 5. It's getting up at one and three and six in the morning to feed, rock and put to bed the dreams, plans and stresses of your own brain child.
