Josh Multimedia was a brain child. Aren't all businesses? It starts as a vision, becomes a pregnancy and brings a child into life that needs much work and nurturing, yet as the parent you do not find it hard to scrape together strength to do what is needed to keep it alive.
Your business is important to you. It is possible that employing your first employee was scary and you had ideals of wanting him or her to share your vision and mission. You wanted someone who would wholly contribute to what would become your enterprise. I know that feeling. You deserve the recognition you work so hard for.
Business-as-usual to the business owner is far from the 9 to 5. It's getting up at one and three and six in the morning to feed, rock and put to bed the dreams, plans and stresses of your own brain child.

The new scene: Generation-Y
You thought marketing was cut and dry. You thought you knew exactly how to get to the buyers. Suddenly it seems like your income is dwindling and it is getting harder and harder to get the young bunch to invest in what you have to offer.
Is it the economy? Or does it have to do with the way we try to communicate to the new generation?
It has become very obvious that going the social-marketing route is the smart thing to do. Blogging (like we are doing now), establishing a fan base on Twitter and Facebook and getting a web presence are must-do's on any respectable marketing plan.
Yahoo News posted this article on the 20th of August: "Sears posts surprise loss". It is a great article to prove the point that the new generation needs a new way of getting to know you and what you have to offer. When is the last time you researched your target market? Are you in line with what Generation-Y would ask of you?
Josh Multimedia would like to take the pulse of your business. Whether you're starting up or have been going steady for a while now, we would like to make your vision and mission our aim.
Visit us today at www.joshmultimedia.co.za to get the ball rolling. We are here to serve.
